Fixed price/fixed hour

According to this model the customer stipulates for the fixed price, fixed time and fixed work content. This model is right for moderate projects. The advantage for customer is the information about price. But as for a big project it is very difficult to prophesy the time and resources, in that way Vitalina Web Technologies is responsible for the risk. This model has one disadvantage namely absence of flexibility. The list of demands changes ant that means that the customer and Vitalina Web Technologies have to reconsider financial and temporary conventions according to the new wishes.

Price/hour

This model well befits for any type of management both from the side of customer and from the side of Vitalina Web Technologies. Most long-term projects conducted with the use of this model. I.e. base functionality of project, time of realization, and cost of one o'clock of work, makes a reservation. Thus, at a necessity development of extra components, a customer always has possibility to calculate these labors costs.
