Under the design of site is understood first of all the comfort of web-site for a user - as far as necessary for permanent application elements are selected, how easily text to read, etc. In this context the design of site must satisfy next the basic requirements

To create for the visitor of web-site feeling of comfort due to correct arrangement of information on a page;
Not to compel the visitor of web-site to think and search for custom and navigation controls on a site;
